From 1 September 2018 to 30 April 2019, the regulations on shipments of used vehicles, vessels, machinery and parts have changed to Australia.

This means that an additional treatment in the form of a fumigation or heat treatment is required against the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB).

This requirement is a prescription from Australian Quarantaine Services (AQIS). These measures apply to shipments and thus the export cargo from the European and American harbours.
